成员国立法转换进度EuP指令要求25个成员国应于2007年8月11日前完成各国国内立法转换,但多数国家目前尚未完成立法转换程序,目前仅有英国、奥地利、爱尔兰及比利时完成了国内立法转换程序,瑞典和斯洛伐克已通知欧盟将进行立法转换,而其他国家仍在收集资料过程中。预计在2008～2009年欧盟公告“执行措施”之前,各国能相继完成国内法律的转换工作(具体转换情况见表1)。
Member States Legislative Progress The EuP Directive requires 25 member states to complete their national legislative transitions by August 11, 2007, but most countries have not yet completed the legislative conversion process. At present, only the United Kingdom, Austria, Ireland and Belgium have completed their domestic legislation Conversion procedures, Sweden and Slovakia have informed the EU that legislative transitions will be conducted, while others are still collecting information. It is expected that all countries will be able to complete the conversion of domestic laws one after another before the announcement of the EU’s implementation of measures in 2008-2009 (see Table 1 for the specific conversion).
