当下,县级供电企业有三大管理内容,包括经营绩效管理,综合管理和安全管理,这其中,综合管理的固定资产管理是现代供电企业的中心工作和重点工作。本文对县级供电企业固定资产管理的现状进行了剖析,研究了造成问题的因素,并提出必须对资产开展有效的统计、评估和清算,才能为固定资产的管理创造良好的环境基础,从而才能实现供电企业利益最大化的获得。
