近几年随着教育改革的不断实行,高职院校的体育教学也进行了相应的改革,但是受到传统高职体育教学模式的影响,改革下的体育教学并没有取得相当的成效。体育改革的新理念中强调要以锻炼学生的身体素质为总体目标,主要让学生学习到几种体育锻炼的方法和养成良好的体育锻炼习惯,更加强调的是在教学中体现学生的主体地位。本文简要说明高职院校现行体育课程体系中存在的问题,着重分析健康与人文并重的高职院校体育课程体系的构建。
In recent years, with the continuous implementation of education reform, the physical education in higher vocational colleges has been correspondingly reformed. However, under the influence of the traditional higher vocational sports teaching mode, PE teaching under the reform has not achieved any significant results. The new concept of sports reform emphasizes on the overall goal of exercising the students ’physical fitness. The main objective is to enable students to learn several methods of physical exercise and to develop good physical exercise habits. What is more emphasized is that they should embody the students’ dominant position in teaching . This article briefly explains the existing problems in the current physical education curriculum system in higher vocational colleges, and focuses on the analysis of the construction of the physical education curriculum system in vocational colleges, focusing on both health and humanities.
