目的综合分析辽宁口岸蚊类、蝇类监测结果及病原体检测结果,为辽宁口岸蚊类、蝇类及相关虫媒传染病的防控提供基础数据。方法 2006年1月-2015年12月,在辽宁口岸15个监测点,采用灯诱法、人帐诱捕法和勺捞法等监测蚊类;采用笼诱法网捕法监测蝇类。用RT-PCR等分子生物学技术对蚊类携带的日本脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)、库蚊黄病毒(Culex flavivirus)等黄病毒属(Flavivirus)的病毒进行检测;利用细菌学技术对蝇类携带的致病菌(条件致病菌)进行检测;利用寄生虫学技术对蝇类携带的寄生虫虫卵进行检测。结果共捕获蚊类3属15种119 184只、蝇类40属101种238 065只。淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)为辽宁口岸优势蚊种,丝光绿蝇(Lucilia sericata)等丽蝇科(Calliphoridae)种类为辽宁口岸优势蝇种。从蚊类样本中检测到日本脑炎病毒和库蚊黄病毒,从蝇类样品检测到肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella Pneumoniae)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)和松鼠葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus sciuri)等39种致病菌(条件致病菌)。结论辽宁口岸蚊类和蝇类均携带多种病原体,存在传播相关传染病的风险,应进一步加强防控措施。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the surveillance results of mosquitoes and flies in Liaoning ports and the detection results of pathogens, and provide the basic data for the prevention and control of mosquitoes, flies and related insect-borne diseases in Liaoning ports. Methods From January 2006 to December 2015, 15 mosquitoes were collected from Liaoning ports and mosquitoes were detected by light trap method, human trap method and scoop method. The flies were monitored by cage trap method. The viruses of Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) and Culex flavivirus (Flavivirus) carried by mosquitoes were detected by molecular biological techniques such as RT-PCR. The bacteriological techniques The pathogenic bacteria (pathogenic bacteria) carried by flies were detected. Parasitic techniques were used to detect parasitic eggs carried by flies. Results A total of 119 184 mosquito species belonging to 3 genera and 119 species were found, belonging to 40 genera and 40 species. Culex pipiens pallens were dominant mosquitoes in Liaoning Port, and Calliphoridae species such as Lucilia sericata were dominant flies in Liaoning Port. Japanese encephalitis virus and Culex pipiei virus were detected from mosquito samples, and Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus sciuri were detected from flies samples, 39 kinds of pathogens (opportunistic bacteria). Conclusions Both mosquitoes and flies in Liaoning ports carry a variety of pathogens, which have the risk of transmitting infectious diseases. Therefore, prevention and control measures should be further strengthened.
