2006年是实“施十一五”规划的开局之年,又是狠抓基层建设、夯实发展基础的一年。五年看三年,重在头一年。今年以来,农发行各级行按照年初全国分行行长会议的工作部署,紧紧围绕支持新农村建设,全面实施五年发展规划纲要,强化信贷支农,狠抓经营管理,深化内部改革,加强队伍建设,各项工作取得了新的进展。在刚刚召开的年中全国分行行长会议上,辽宁、江苏、安徽、江西、新疆、内蒙古、上海、陕西、山西9个省级分行作了大会发言,从不同角度介绍了他们的主要做法和工作成效。现刊发他们的发言材料,供学习交流。
