采用PFC3D程序对颗粒类材料的性能进行模拟是当前路面工程研究的热点,为准确建立SMA-13级配集料贯入实验的PFC3D模型,针对集料表面摩擦系数、程序时步长和颗粒压实度3个关键参数,分别测试灌入力与灌入深度的关系,通过与室内实验的对比推荐了参数取值。结果表明:集料摩擦系数为0.5、时步长为0.003s、压实深度为28mm时,模型能较好的反映SMA-13级配集料的性质。
PFC3D program to simulate the performance of granular materials is the hot spot in the current pavement engineering. In order to accurately establish the PFC3D model of SMA-13 graded aggregate penetration experiment, in view of the friction coefficient of aggregate surface, Real degree of 3 key parameters, respectively, test the filling depth and pouring depth relationship, compared with the indoor experiments recommended parameter values.
