为探讨肝硬化腹水大鼠钠潴留的发生机制 ,应用免疫组织化学法对胆管结扎诱导的胆汁性肝硬化腹水大鼠和假手术大鼠肾组织内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (e NOS)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (i NOS)的表达进行比较性研究。结果显示二组大鼠肾组织 e NOS表达无显著性差异 ,而 i NOS在肝硬化腹水大鼠呈强阳性表达 ,在假手术大鼠则为阴性。提示胆汁性肝硬化腹水大鼠肾脏 i NOS表达显著增高 ,肾脏 NO途径可能参与了肝硬化钠潴留的发生机制。
To investigate the mechanism of sodium retention in cirrhotic rats with ascites, immunohistochemistry was used to detect and induce endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in rat bile cirrhosis ascites rats and sham-operated rats induced by bile duct ligation Type nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression comparative study. The results showed that there was no significant difference in eNOS expression between the two groups of rats, while iNOS was strongly expressed in cirrhotic ascites rats and negative in sham operated rats. It is suggested that the expression of iNOS in kidney of biliary cirrhosis ascites rats is significantly increased, and the renal NO pathway may be involved in the mechanism of sodium cirrhosis retention.
