目的:了解高温环境中的复合因素对战士血中电解质及相关激素水平的影响,为改善军事作业环境提供依据。方法:选择某电子对抗部队和某坦克部队官兵共64 人,在高温、高湿、电磁辐射、振动及噪声等复合因素作用下连续作业1 个摩托小时,观察实验前后战士血中电解质及相关激素的变化。结果:电子对抗部队受试战士血清K+ 、Ca2 + 、心钠素及醛固酮水平和坦克部队受试战士血清K+ 、Ca2 + 、Na+ 、心钠素及皮质醇水平在作业前后皆有非常显著性差异。结论:高温环境复合因素对战士机体影响显著,血液电解质及相关激素水平变化明显
Objective: To understand the effect of compound factors in high temperature environment on electrolytes and related hormones in blood of soldiers, and provide basis for improving military operation environment. Methods: A total of 64 officers and men of a certain electronic warfare unit and a certain tank army were selected to work continuously for 1 motor-hour under the combined effects of high temperature, high humidity, electromagnetic radiation, vibration and noise. The blood electrolytes and related hormones in soldiers before and after the experiment The change. Results: The levels of K +, Ca2 +, atrial natriuretic peptide and aldosterone in the soldier of the electronic warfare unit were significantly different from those of the soldiers in the tank unit before and after exercise . Conclusion: The compound factors of high temperature have a significant impact on the fighter’s body, and the level of blood electrolytes and related hormones changes significantly
