武汉市人民政府文件武政规[2016]12号各区人民政府,市人民政府各部门:加快推进“互联网+流通”发展,有利于推动流通转型升级,提高流通效率,增强发展新动能。根据《国务院关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》(国发[2015]40号)和《国务院办公厅关于深入实施“互联网+流通”行动计划的意见》(国办发[2016]24号)等文件精神,经研究,现就加快推进全市“互联网+流通”发展提出如下意见:

After studying, we hereby put forward the following opinions on accelerating the development of “Internet + Circulation” in the city:
