目的:探讨剖宫产腹部切口感染与胎膜早破的关系及预防措施。方法:对22例资料进行临床分析,分析可能与切口感染的相关因素。结果:22例切口感染病例中胎膜早破17例,产程延长3例,合并糖尿病2例,合并重度贫血2例,手术时间长1例。所有病例经切口换药后痊愈,未发生其他并发症。结论:剖宫产术后腹部切口感染的因素是多方面的,但与胎膜早破关系密切,应引起产科医生的重视。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between cesarean section incision infection and premature rupture of membranes and preventive measures. Methods: Clinical data of 22 cases were analyzed to analyze the possible factors associated with wound infection. Results: Among the 22 incisional infections, 17 cases of premature rupture of membranes, 3 cases of prolonged labor, 2 cases of diabetes mellitus, 2 cases of severe anemia and 1 case of long operation time. All cases recovered after incision healed, no other complications. Conclusion: There are many factors of abdominal incision infection after cesarean section, but it is closely related to premature rupture of membranes and should be taken seriously by obstetricians.
