各省、自治区、直辖市劳动和社会保障厅(局)：为贯彻落实《国务院关于解决农民工问题的若干意见》(国发[2006]5号)和《关于贯彻落实<国务院关于解决农民工问题的若干意见>的实施意见》(劳社部发[2006]15号)的精神,进一步做好农民工医疗保障工作,我部决定开展农民工参加医疗保险专项扩面行动,现就有关问题通知如下：
Labor, and Social Security Bureaus of All Provinces, Autonomous Regions and Municipalities directly under the Central Government: In order to implement the “Several Opinions of the State Council on Solving the Problem of Peasant Workers” (Guo Fa [2006] No. 5) and the "Proposal on Implementing and Implementing the Measures of the State Council on Solving the Problem of Peasant Workers Several Opinions> (Opinions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Services [2006] No. 15), we will further improve the medical and security work for migrant workers, and our department has decided to carry out special medical and health insurance coverage for migrant workers. We hereby notify you of the relevant issues as follows :
