自从党的十一届三中全会以来,我们正在实现历史性的伟大转变,全面开创社会主义现代化建设的新局面,建设社会主义的物质文明和精神文明,同时,当前又正处在世界性的新的技术革命的关键时刻,必须抓住时机,迎头赶上,努力缩短我国与先进国家之间的技术差距。作为中国航空学会综合性学术刊物的《航空学报》,当前应该:一、努力贯彻党中央关于“经济建设必须依靠科学技术,科学技术必须面向经济建设”的战略方针,为更好地发展我国的航空航天事业服务;二、向广大读者及时提供航空航天领域内科学技术进展的信息;三、为广大的航空航天科技人员提供学术交流的园地,取长补短,促使知识不断地扩大、提高和更新。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, we are achieving a historic and great transformation. We have created a new phase of socialist modernization construction in an all-round way, building a socialist material civilization and a spiritual civilization. At the same time, we are now at a worldwide stage. At the crucial moment of the new technological revolution, we must seize the opportunity to catch up and strive to shorten the technological gap between our country and advanced countries. As the comprehensive academic journal of the Chinese Aviation Association, the Journal of Aeronautics should now: First, strive to implement the Party Central Committee’s strategic policy that “economic construction must rely on science and technology, science and technology must be oriented to economic development” in order to better develop China’s Aerospace business services; secondly, provide readers with timely information on advances in science and technology in the aerospace field; and thirdly, provide space for academia exchanges for a wide range of aerospace science and technology personnel to learn from each other’s strengths and promote continuous expansion, improvement, and renewal of knowledge.
