阿基米德凸轮是常见的机构进给凸轮,该种凸轮常用曲线靠模法加工。但对较精密的凸轮,制造符合精度要求的曲线靠模比较困难。北京第二机床厂生产的MGB1620D高精度半自动外圆磨床砂轮进给凸轮如图1所示。此种带滚子的进给凸轮,其滚子中心线为阿基米德螺旋线,基圆为φ80mm,滚子直径为φ40mm,在0°～274°范围内每度升程为0.083mm,在274°～360°范围内除φ35mm圆弧外,每度退程为0.31mm,升程中每度相邻误差为0.002
