采用定点的方法,对自然干旱条件下茶树生理生化日变化进行了研究。结果表明,在自然干旱条件下,茶树的生理功能下降,茶树的生理功能指标叶绿素含量、新梢的含水量、根系活力、单位体积的根重较正常情况下降低了 15.6%、6.0%、24.1%、20.6%,而百芽重却上升了9.5%; 茶树生化成分有升有降,氨基酸、咖啡碱含量下降0.5%、 0.7%,而茶多酚、水浸出物上升了2.7%、1.4%。另外对暖冬对茶树影响研究得到,茶树根系活力、根重、叶绿素含量上升了19.3%、6.3%、13.1%,而百芽重下降了18.6%;茶叶的生化成分有升有降,茶叶水浸出物、氨基酸、咖啡碱下降4.27%、0.34%、0.24%,而茶多酚上升5.32%,但茶园的生物量增加,特别是有害生物增加和出现频率高。
By using fixed point method, the physiological and biochemical changes of tea tree under natural drought conditions were studied. The results showed that the physiological functions of tea tree decreased under natural drought conditions. The chlorophyll content, water content of root tip, root activity and root volume per unit volume decreased by 15.6%, 6.0%, 24.1 % And 20.6%, while the weight of buds increased by 9.5%. The biochemical composition of tea trees increased or decreased while the contents of amino acids and caffeine decreased by 0.5% and 0.7%, while that of tea polyphenols and water extracts increased by 2.7% and 1.4% respectively. In addition, the effect of warm winter on the tea tree was studied. The root activity, root weight and chlorophyll content of the tea tree increased by 19.3%, 6.3% and 13.1%, while the weight of the hundred bud decreased by 18.6%. The biochemical composition of tea rose or dropped, The contents of amino acids and caffeine decreased by 4.27%, 0.34% and 0.24% respectively, while that of tea polyphenols increased by 5.32%. However, the biomass of tea plantations increased, especially the increase of pests and the high frequency of emergence.
