本院使用CN型氢气微分析仪,对30例4～7岁学龄前儿童作氢气呼吸试验。以了解本地区学龄前儿童对乳糖的吸收情况。现将测定结果报道如下。对象从本地区托儿所、幼儿园中挑选健康儿童30例,男女各半。检测前均作过健康检查。并详细讯问病史,未发现测试者有胃肠疾病或影响通气功能的肺部疾病。方法用Solmons方法稍加改良。即改服10克乳糖。检查前三日不吃易产气的食物如
