自宝钢集团公司“三年千名新技师培养计划”制订实施以来,集团公司教培中心“三年千名新技师培训鉴定项目组”(以下简称“项目组”)积极配合公司人力资源部,紧密结合生产现场,精心策划、创新模式、严格实施,三年中已完成涉及到钢铁冶金、轧钢、机械、电气、仪表、动力能源水处理、运输、检化验、化工、建筑土炉和通讯十一个专业的技师培训1798人,高级技师培训312人,其中技师鉴定合格814人,高级技师鉴定合格111人,为宝钢新一轮发展提供了有力的人力资源保障。
