在航空工业部科技局主持下,自九月十六日——十八日,对南京航空学院机械阻抗测试与模态参数识别技术及应用”项目进行了鉴定。来自部内外高校、研究所、工厂等二十一个单位的三十多名专业人员组成了鉴定组,由西北工业大学赵令诚教授任组长,清华大学郑兆昌副教授和623所姚起杭高级工程师任副组长。
Under the auspices of the Bureau of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Aviation Industry, the project of Mechanical Impedance Testing and Modal Parameter Identification Technology and Application of Nanjing Aeronautical Institute was evaluated from September 16 to September 18. The project was approved by universities, institutes, Factories and other units of more than twenty-one professionals composed of the appraisal group, by Northwestern Polytechnic University Professor Zhao Lingsheng Ren team leader, Associate Professor Zheng Zhaochang Tsinghua University and 623 Yao Qiao as senior engineer deputy team leader.
