在DIL805L型膨胀仪上测定了30MnVS6钢在不同冷却速度下连续冷却时的膨胀曲线,结合金相-硬度法分析其相变规律及影响因素,获得了连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明,30MnVS6钢的临界点为:A_(c1)=629℃,A_(c3)=860℃;当冷却速度≤0.5℃/s时,转变产物为铁素体、珠光体;当冷却速度为1℃/s,转变产物开始出现少量贝氏体、马氏体;冷却速度在1~10℃/s时为铁素体、珠光体、贝氏体和马氏体;当冷却速度≥15℃/s时,转变产物为铁素体、贝氏体和马氏体,珠光体完全消失。
The expansion curve of 30MnVS6 steel under continuous cooling at different cooling rates was measured on DIL805L dilatometer. The phase transition law and influencing factors were analyzed by metallographic - hardness method, and the continuous cooling transformation curve was obtained. The results show that the critical points of 30MnVS6 steel are as follows: A c1 = 629 ℃ and A c3 = 860 ℃. When the cooling rate is less than or equal to 0.5 ℃ / s, the transformation products are ferrite and pearlite. When the cooling rate is 1 ℃ / s, a small amount of bainite and martensite began to appear in the transformation products. Ferrite, pearlite, bainite and martensite were obtained at the cooling rate of 1 ~ 10 ℃ / s. When the cooling rate was ≥15 ℃ / s, the transformation of ferrite, bainite and martensite, pearlite disappeared completely.
