目的分析研究运用B超对胎儿双顶径进行测量,其数据与实际之间存在的误差。同时分析两组数据间存在误差的原因。方法选取分娩孕妇48例,在其分娩前后运用B超及实际测量的方式对腹中胎儿的双顶径进行检测,对两组数据间存在的误差进行分析。结果在48例孕妇中,误差保持在5 mm以内的例数为46例,且均为正误差。其余2例孕妇所检测的数值与实际测量之间存在的误差为6 mm。正、负误差各1例。结论运用B超检测的方式能够帮助医师及孕妇对胎儿的实际双顶径大小进行较为准确的掌握,以此推断胎儿的发育情况。B超检测存在误差的主要原因是检查方法及设备的操作技能,相关医师在今后的操作中应该进一步完善操作技能。
Objective To study the use of B-ultrasound on fetal biparietal diameter measurement, the data and the actual error between. At the same time analyze the two sets of data between the reasons for the error. Methods Forty-eight pregnant women were selected for delivery and their biparietal diameter was measured before and after their delivery by means of B-ultrasound and actual measurement. The errors between the two groups of data were analyzed. Results Among the 48 pregnant women, the number of cases with errors within 5 mm was 46, both of which were positive errors. The remaining two cases of pregnant women, the value of the actual measurement between the error of 6 mm. Positive and negative errors in 1 case. Conclusion The method of B-ultrasound can help physicians and pregnant women to accurately grasp the fetus’s actual biparietal size, in order to infer the development of the fetus. The main reason for the existence of B-test error is the inspection method and equipment operating skills, the relevant physicians in the future operation should be further improved operating skills.
