通过实际调查对当代大学生的职业兴趣结构特征进行了分析研究。用主成分分析方法以及多维尺度方法探索出当代大学生的职业兴趣有三个潜在维度,可以分为18类。利用RANDALL和18RQNd96程序检验职业兴趣结构,发现由三个潜在维度两两结合构成的三个平面中均证实职业兴趣呈圆环形结构,通过因子分析的共同度限定,选出共同度相同的题目,构建了职业兴趣的球形模型,随机分析结果证实该球形结构是成立的。
Through the actual investigation, the structural characteristics of contemporary college students’ occupational interest are analyzed and studied. Using principal component analysis and multidimensional scaling methods to explore the career interest of contemporary college students have three potential dimensions, which can be divided into 18 categories. The RANDALL and 18RQNd96 programs were used to test the structure of professional interests. It was found that there were circular structures in all the three planes formed by the combination of the three potential dimensions. Through the commonalities of factor analysis, the topics with the same degree of commonality , Constructed a spherical model of occupational interest, and the results of random analysis confirmed that the spherical structure was established.
