对于控制质量保证来说,ISO9000质量管理体系标准已成为国际上公认的手段。作者使用ISO9001作为范本,制定了一种维修管理体系标准,并且正在与一家较大的贱金属矿业公司一同工作,以便实施这个标准。记述此标准的结构以及其实施所需的步骤。由于使用一种管理标准,就保证一个系统得到维修,接受内部审计的检查,而且在发生不遵守有关方法(不一致)的情况下能采取纠正行动,还能保证进行经常检查和连续改进该体系。此项标准的设计出发点是,让决定实行ISO9000标准的组织,其维修管理体系与其质量管理体系的格式协调一致,并且不难纳入其质量系统。
For the control of quality assurance, ISO9000 quality management system standards have become internationally recognized as a means. The author used ISO9001 as a model, developed a maintenance management system standard and is working with a larger base metal mining company to implement the standard. Describe the structure of this standard and the steps required for its implementation. The use of a management standard guarantees that one system is serviced, inspected by internal auditors and that corrective action can be taken in the event of non-compliance (inconsistencies) and that regular checks and continual improvement of the system are warranted. The starting point for this standard design is to allow organizations that decide to implement the ISO9000 standard to harmonize their maintenance management system with the format of their quality management system and incorporate this quality system without difficulty.
