一台东风EQ6BT型发动机汽缸损坏,可以在T7220A型立式镗床上加工。工艺简介如下。(1)检修缸体内容包括清理、检查和修理缸体基准面或基准孔,如有不平整现象,应用细锉或油石轻微修磨。若基准面或基准孔不平或有杂物,会使镗杆运动轴线与基准面或基准孔轴线(主轴颈孔中心线)不垂直而影响镗削精度。
A Dongfeng EQ6BT engine cylinder damage, you can T8220A vertical boring machine processing. Process description is as follows. (1) The inspection of the cylinder includes cleaning, checking and repairing the cylinder datum or reference hole. If there is unevenness, use a fine file or whetstone to slightly polish it. If the datum or datum hole is uneven or there is a miscellaneous object, the boring bar movement axis will not be perpendicular to the datum or datum hole axis (main journal hole centerline) to affect boring accuracy.
