“Longtan Hydropower Station Technical Seminar” was held in Nanning, Guangxi from March 16 to March 27, 1983. A total of 120 delegates attended the meeting from 36 units, including General Administration of Hydroelectricity, Ministry of Infrastructure Construction, Ministry of Electric Power, North Branch, South Branch, Tsinghua University and East China Water Institute.
