在临床各科包括眼科,主诉头痛的患者是常见的。头痛不但影响日常生活和工作,而且有时是严重疾患的先兆。因此,必须查明原因和给予确切的治疗。头痛的一般原因有:颅内疾病、副鼻窦疾病、眼病、脑外伤、发热及中毒等。此外,还有神经性、血管性和精神性等多种头痛。与眼有关的头痛原因有:(1)眼病。(2)主要原因在眼外,但与眼的关系密切。一、眼病的头痛原因:
