本文采用分子蒸馏和柱层析联用方法对米糠油脱臭馏出物中维生素E进行浓缩精制工艺研究。乙酯化预处理后的米糠油脱臭馏出物在系统压力0.1Pa、进料温度70℃、蒸馏温度128℃、进料速率2.2mL/min、刮膜转速265r/min条件下,经过一次分子蒸馏,维生素E纯度12.65%,维生素E收率83.12%。用分子蒸馏浓缩液配制浓度30mg/mL的维生素E溶液,以LS-20型改性强碱性阴离子树脂作为吸附剂,在柱温25℃、进料流速1.5mL/min、进料5%乙酸-乙醇溶液作为解析剂及流速为1.0mL/mL条件下,维生素E产品纯度为63.5%(其中生育酚TP为55.34%,生育三烯酚TT为44.66%),收率为81.45%。
In this paper, molecular distillation and column chromatography combined with rice bran oil deodorizer distillate vitamin E process of concentration and purification. Using molecular distillation concentrate to prepare vitamin E solution with concentration of 30mg / mL, using LS-20 type modified strong base anion resin as adsorbent at a column temperature of 25 ℃, a feed flow rate of 1.5mL / min, feeding 5% acetic acid - ethanol solution as the analyte and the flow rate of 1.0 mL / mL, the purity of vitamin E product was 63.5% (the tocopherol TP was 55.34% and the tocotrienol TT was 44.66%). The yield was 81.45%.
