On June 11, the People’s Bank of China released the Guiding Opinion on Implementing “Several Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Supporting the Stable Growth of Foreign Trade” which covers almost all financial services related to foreign trade. The agencies involved include: Policy banks, commercial banks, central bank branches, foreign exchange trading centers (interbank borrowing centers) and dealers’ associations.
