90年代中期以来,《山西文史资料》编辑部就有一个十分强烈的愿望,就是对已有近40年出版历史的本刊实行大的改革——改开本,改刊名。在有关方面的支持下,改开本于2000年实现了,32开本变成了16开大本,双月刊改成了月刊,且以新颖的编排、极富吸引力的内容,出刊一年,赢得了众多读者的关注和欢迎。于是,大家期待着第二点——改刊名,期盼之切,似花朵等待春野,像绿果等待青枝。 在望眼欲穿的期盼中,一份令人激动的红头文件,若一股春风,似一片翠叶,飘悠悠地从遥远的北京飞来——
