本文采用放射性生物微球技术测定各器官系统的血流分配,从而观察抗rhTNF单克隆抗体对内毒素血症家兔血流分配的影响。结果表明:①内毒素组的脑、心、肾的血流量明显少于对照组(P<0.01);③无关抗体组的脑、心、肾的血流量也显著少于抗体保护组(P<0.01);③肺、腹腔脏器及骨骼肌的血流量,各组间的差别均无显著性(P>0.05)。结果提示,抗rhTNF单克隆抗体是纠正内毒素血症血流分配紊乱的有效途径。
In this paper, the distribution of blood flow in various organs and organs was determined by radioactive microsphere technique to observe the effect of anti-rhTNF monoclonal antibody on blood flow distribution in endotoxemia rabbits. The results showed that: (1) blood flow in the brain, heart and kidney of the endotoxin group was significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.01); ③the blood flow in the brain, heart and kidney of the irrelevant antibody group was significantly less than that of the antibody protection group P <0.01). ③ There was no significant difference in blood flow between the lung, abdominal viscera and skeletal muscle between groups (P> 0.05). The results suggest that anti-rhTNF monoclonal antibody is an effective way to correct the disturbance of blood flow distribution in endotoxemia.
