为传达、贯彻水利部关于加快全国第3批农村水电初级电气化县建设及“十五”期间全国水电农村电气化县选点规划工作的通知精神,以及国家计委关于同意云南省文山等8地(州)33个自供自管县电力企业作为农网建设项目法人的复函,布置“村村通电”有关工作,经省政府领导同意,省水电厅于2000年4月28日在昆明召开了全省水利系统水电工作会议。
