多年来,中等职业教育文化课教师从来源、素质要求、培养培训、资格认定等方面照搬普教文化课教师的模式。本文从分析中职文化课定位以及与普通高中文化课区别入手,认为中职文化课不同于普通中学文化课。这些区别对中职文化课教师提出了特殊的素质要求。构建中职文化课教师的专业发展机制必须考虑这些特点。
Over the years, teachers of secondary vocational education and culture class have copied the model of teachers of general education from the aspects of origin, quality requirements, training and qualification, and so on. Based on the analysis of the orientation of secondary vocational culture class and the difference from ordinary senior high school culture class, this paper argues that secondary vocational culture class is different from ordinary secondary school culture class. These differences in secondary vocational education teachers put forward special quality requirements. The professional development mechanism of constructing secondary vocational culture teachers must consider these characteristics.
