从分析影响湖北省大型泵站(含单机800 kW以上)重要程度的评价指标出发,运用层次分析法研究各指标的权重,在此基础上提出基于加权闵可夫斯基距离的多指标分析评价方法。运用所提出的多指标分析评价方法,对湖北省大型泵站(含单机800 kW以上)重要程度进行分析,在此基础上对湖北省大型泵站(含单机800 kW以上)进行初步分类,从而为决策者按照轻重缓急的原则进行闸泵的更新改造提供参考性建议。所采用的方法不仅针对单机800 kW以上的泵站进行,其方法也供涵闸、单机800 kW以下的泵站、甚至新建泵站的建设评价借鉴,有很好的推广应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the evaluation indexes that affect the importance of large-scale pump stations in Hubei Province (including 800 kW and above), AHP is used to study the weight of each index, and then a multi-index analysis and evaluation method based on weighted Minkowski distance is proposed. The method adopted is not only for pumping stations above 800 kW, but also for Culvert, pumping stations below 800 kW and even construction evaluation of new pumping stations, which has a good promotion and application value.
