提出链式混凝土防撞活动护栏结构,建立有限元仿真模型,并采用LS-DYNA显式有限元程序进行求解,最后利用实车碰撞试验对活动护栏进行安全评价。试验结果表明:碰撞后车辆能够恢复正常行驶姿态;小车、大车碰撞时护栏最大动态位移试验结果分别为1140mm、1250mm,仿真结果分别为1100mm、1430mm;小车、大车驶出角度试验结果分别为10.2°、6.8°,仿真结果分别为11.6°、7.6°;小车在行车方向、车宽方向、车高方向的加速度最大值试验结果分别为6.17g、9.4g、9.78g,仿真结果分别为8.1g、13.1g、7.2g。链式混凝土活动护栏各项指标满足评价标准要求,防撞能力达到93kJ。
The fence structure of chain concrete anti-collision was put forward and the finite element simulation model was established. The LS-DYNA explicit finite element program was used to solve the problem. Finally, the real-time crash test was used to evaluate the safety of the movable fence. The test results show that the vehicle can resume normal driving attitude after the collision; the maximum dynamic displacement test results of the guardrail when the car and the cart collide are respectively 1140mm and 1250mm, the simulation results are respectively 1100mm and 1430mm; the test results of the exit angle of the cart and the cart are 10.2 ° and 6.8 ° respectively. The simulation results are 11.6 ° and 7.6 °, respectively.
