目的探讨经皮椎体后凸骨水泥成形术联合125I粒子植入治疗中晚期脊柱转移肿瘤对患者血清NTx、ICTP和BAP水平的影响。方法将178例中晚期脊柱转移肿瘤患者随机分为研究组和对照组各89例。对照组给予经皮椎体后凸骨水泥成形术治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合125I粒子植入治疗。分别在2组患者治疗前后检测血清NTx、ICTP和BAP水平。结果治疗后2组血清NTx、ICTP和BAP水平均较治疗前显著性降低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清NTx、ICTP和BAP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用经皮椎体后凸骨水泥成形术联合125I粒子植入治疗中晚期脊柱转移肿瘤,能有效地降低患者血清NTx、ICTP和BAP水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with 125I seed implantation on the serum levels of NTx, ICTP and BAP in patients with advanced spinal metastases. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight patients with advanced metastatic spine were randomly divided into study group and control group with 89 cases each. The control group was treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty. The study group was treated with 125I seed implantation on the basis of the control group. Serum levels of NTx, ICTP and BAP were measured in two groups before and after treatment. Results Serum levels of NTx, ICTP and BAP in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum NTx, ICTP and BAP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with 125I seed implantation in the treatment of advanced spinal metastases can effectively reduce the serum NTx, ICTP and BAP levels.
