目的:探讨制剂β胡萝卜素包合物(βCIC)的工艺条件对包合物的影响。方法:以β环糊精(βCD)为载体,用饱和水溶液法和机械研磨法制备βCIC,考察抗氧剂对机械研磨法制备βCIC包裹率和收得率的影响,差示热分析研究βC特征吸收峰,分光光度法测定βC含量。结果:机械研磨法可提高βC的包裹率和收得率,在机械研磨法中加入适量抗氧剂可进一步提高βC的包裹率和收得率。结论:机械研磨法有希望成为新型药物载体工业化生产的有效途径
Objective: To investigate the effect of preparation conditions on the inclusion compound of β-carotene inclusion complex (βCIC). Methods: βcyclodextrin (βCD) as a carrier, with saturated aqueous solution and mechanical grinding method prepared β C IC, antioxidant resistance of mechanical grinding method to prepare β C IC package rate and income Rate of influence, differential thermal analysis of β-C characteristic absorption peak, spectrophotometric determination of β C content. Results: The mechanical grinding method can improve the β-C package rate and yield, in the mechanical grinding method by adding an appropriate amount of antioxidants can further improve the β-C package rate and yield. Conclusion: The mechanical grinding method is promising to be an effective way to industrialize the production of new drug carriers
