Tsutomu使用Probucol(商品名)治疗嘌呤霉素氨基核甙肾病大鼠的高脂血症,以了解降低血脂对肾病的影响。观察了治疗前后血浆脂蛋白及尿蛋白排泄的变化,结果显示:肾病大鼠伴有严重的高脂血症,全部脂蛋白组分均增高。Probucol显著降低了低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)所含的三酸甘油脂(TG)、胆固醇(Ch)、磷脂(PL)和载脂蛋白B及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)所含的Ch和PL。与脂蛋白密切相关的丙二酸醛(MDA)未治疗前显著升高,治疗后在所有主要脂蛋白中均降低。此药还使对照组(非肾病组)大鼠血浆TG和HDL的Ch有一定幅度的降低。同时,Probucol明显减轻肾病所致蛋白尿。在所有肾病大鼠中尿蛋白排泄量与血浆脂蛋白浓度所存在的正相
Tsutomu uses Probucol (trade name) to treat hyperlipidemia in puromycin aminonucleoside nephropathy rats to understand the effects of lowering blood lipids on nephropathy. The changes of plasma lipoprotein and urinary protein excretion before and after treatment were observed. The results showed that all rats with nephropathy had severe hyperlipidemia and all lipoprotein components were increased. Probucol significantly reduced triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (Ch), phospholipid (PL) and apolipoprotein B and high density lipoprotein (LDL) and low density lipoprotein (HDL) contains Ch and PL. Malondialdehyde (MDA), which is closely related to lipoprotein, was significantly increased before treatment and decreased after treatment in all major lipoproteins. The drug also makes the control group (non-nephritic group) rat plasma TG and HDL Ch decreased to some extent. At the same time, Probucol significantly reduces proteinuria due to kidney disease.
