随着科学技术的不断进步,职业教育逐渐被社会所关注。职业教育从产生之日开始教学和工作就存在着同一性的关系,“职业人”培养职业人成为职业教育的规律。职业院校的教师需要遵循“职业人”培养职业人的规律,如果他们脱离了“职业人”的身份,就会影响职业教育的正常发展。结合自身工作经验,对工学结合人才培养模式的内涵和运作方式进行深入研究。
