中央有持续的房价调控政策,但更希望地方有坚决的持续执行态度和力度,政策就可以得到贯彻执行,有关房价的调控问题就可以得到好的解决。
The central government has a continuous housing price control policy. However, it prefers that local authorities will adopt a firm and sustained implementation attitude and policies so that their policies can be implemented in a satisfactory manner. The regulation and control of housing prices can be properly resolved.
