2型糖尿病的发病率在全球呈上升趋势,我国的糖尿病患者已达4000万人。由于经济状况等原因,优降糖在我国仍是使用最广泛的降糖药,从而导致低血糖症的发生率居高不下。优降糖所致的低血糖症具有表现多样化,持续时间长,反复性强的特点,重者可使脑细胞发生不可逆转的损害,甚至死亡。现将本院3年来收治的52例由优降糖引起的低血糖症进行分析,以提高认识,及早预防和正确处理。
The incidence of type 2 diabetes in the world is on the rise, our country has reached 40 million people with diabetes. Due to economic conditions and other reasons, glyburide is still the most widely used hypoglycemic agents in our country, resulting in a high incidence of hypoglycemia. Hyperglycemia caused by hypoglycemia with diversified performance, long duration, repeated strong features, severe brain cells can make irreversible damage, and even death. Now hospital for three years admitted to 52 cases of hypoglycemia caused by glyburide analysis to enhance awareness, early prevention and correct treatment.
