人是教育的对象,教师面对的是生动活泼、具有丰富感情、思维活跃、身心不断发展的学习群体。知识的学习只不过是其中的一部分,不是它的全部。如果作为一名教师不研究教育对象本身成长的全部需要,只把他们看做一种装知识的容器,显然是远远没有看到教育的本质。简单地说,教育就是成长,创新教育就是要让受教育者健康成长。本人结合教学实践,谈谈如何把素质教育思想落实到体育教学中。
People are the objects of education. Teachers are faced with lively and learning groups with rich feelings, active thinking and continuous development of body and mind. Learning of knowledge is but one part of it, not all of it. If as a teacher does not study all the needs of the growth of the educated object itself, it is obviously far from seeing the essence of education to regard them as a container of knowledge. Simply put, education is growth, innovative education is to make the healthy growth of educated. I combine teaching practice, talk about how to implement the concept of quality education into physical education.
