我省蘑菇栽培业在七十年代发展速度很快,1971年全省栽培面积仅有1500万尺~2,到1978年超过亿尺~2以上。但近几年来蘑菇种植面积有所减少,如1982年只有8400多尺~2。种植面积减少的主要原因是单产不稳定,低产区菇农种菇的积极性受挫伤。下面对影响蘑菇单产的几个问题谈点浅见: (一)建堆期未选择好。目前各地都是“靠天种菇”,因此,培养料发酵堆制期对蘑菇
