在体育常态课教学中,几乎每个教师都曾在教学中遇见过少练习甚至不练习的学生,笔者通过多年广泛观摩不同类别学校的教学课,把出现的学生不爱练习或少练习的各种情况称为体育学习中的“偷懒”现象。通过对“偷懒”现象进行观察,笔者总结出了以下6种偷懒类型:第一,完成动作不规范、动作不到位现象;第二,减少距离、少跑圈数现象;第三,减少动作练习次数现象;第四,降低速度、强度与难度现象;第五,无病呻吟、小病大养的见习现象;第六,自主练习扎堆聊天现象。
