目的优化清血通脉颗粒的最佳喷雾制粒工艺条件。方法采用正交试验法,以颗粒成品率和丹参酮ⅡA转移率为考察指标,对影响清血通脉颗粒喷雾制粒过程的主要因素进行考察。结果最佳工艺参数为:雾化压力0.25MPa,进口温度为95~100℃,出口温度为60~70℃,流浸膏相对密度为1.10(80℃)。结论该工艺条件合理,制出的颗粒质量稳定,为工业化生产提供了实验依据。
Objective To optimize the process conditions of Qingxuetongmai granules by spray granulation. Methods Orthogonal test was used to investigate the main factors influencing Qiangxue Tongmai granule spray granulation process with particle yield and tanshinone Ⅱ A transfer rate as the index. Results The optimum technological parameters were as follows: atomization pressure 0.25MPa, inlet temperature 95 ~ 100 ℃, outlet temperature 60 ~ 70 ℃ and liquid extract relative density 1.10 (80 ℃). Conclusion The process conditions are reasonable, the quality of the particles produced stable for industrial production provided an experimental basis.
