文章设计了三维满意度评价模型,以乌鲁木齐市天山区为例,运用AHP模糊综合评价对新疆义务教育民众满意度展开评价。研究表明目前民众主要在双语教学、教师素质、课余生活、择校、学校间差距、中小学生课业负担过重等方面满意度普遍偏低。文章由此提出解决思路:新疆的义务教育的难点热点问题要与推进均衡发展的措施对应和结合;把教师队伍建设作为关键;从本区民族特色出发,努力推进“双语”教学,开展创建和谐校园活动。
This paper designs a three-dimensional satisfaction evaluation model. Taking Tianshan District of Urumqi as an example, this paper uses AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the satisfaction of people in compulsory education in Xinjiang. The research shows that people are generally unsatisfied with low levels of bilingual education, teacher quality, after school life, school choice, the gap between schools and the heavy burden on primary and secondary school students. The article puts forward the solution train of thought: Difficulties in Compulsory Education in Xinjiang Correspond and combine the hot issues with the measures to promote the balanced development. The construction of the teaching staff should be regarded as the key. Based on the ethnic characteristics of the district, efforts should be made to promote bilingual education Create a harmonious campus activities.
