今年的两会甚是热闹,房子还是主要话题之一。总理的四点要求,市长的豪言壮语,专家的大胆建言,提案的五花八门构成了今年两会房产话题热论绚丽而复杂的图景。通过这一图景,我们能清楚地看到政府调控地产的思路,2007年的房地产市场究竟如何?各方解读不一,只是由于各方的立场不同,利益不同。但有一点我们必须承认,房地产业作为拉动经济增长的一架马车,其带动经济增长的能力相当出色,而事实也确实如此。有专业统计说明,在我国当前的情况下,在房地产业每投入100元的资金可以创造相关产业170元到220元的需求:每销售100元的住宅可以带动130元到150元的其他消费;住宅行业每吸纳100人就业,可以带动相关行业200人就业。然而,就像其拉升GDP增长的出色能力一样,房地产业制造麻烦能力也同样不可忽视。社会上关于房产的讨论沸沸扬扬,几乎是全民参与,或褒或贬。如今的房地产业问题变成一个如何建立政府信用的政治问题,一个涉及国家金融安全的问题,一个关乎和谐社会的民生问题。从上个世纪末到本世纪处,本轮地产盛宴已历时8年。世上没有不散的筵席,这场跨世纪的地产盛宴,席散何时?我们在期待着房地产不要发生什么问题的时候,我们将更加关注它的历史,试图从它的过去点滴读懂我们所期望的将来。
