随着社会的快速发展,社会经济结构发生了很大的变革,因此社会对人才的需求也随之产生了变化。工商管理人才的需求量在不断增加,而且对人才提出了更高的要求,社会更加需要实用型的管理人才。本研究综述了工商管理及其特点、工商管理人才需求及其培养的现状分析以及对工商管理实用型人才培养的建议等内容。
With the rapid development of society, great changes have taken place in the social and economic structure. As a result, the demand for talent in society has also changed. Demand for business management personnel is on the rise, and higher demands are placed on qualified personnel, and society needs more practical management personnel. This study summarizes the business management and its characteristics, the needs of business management personnel and the status quo of its training as well as suggestions on training business management practical talents.
