随着世界经济的一体化,企业的竞争日益激烈,传统的人才观已根本改变,“以人为本”的人才资源开发理念已被现代企业所接受,成功有效的人力资源管理是企业取得成功的关键。如何建立“以人为本”的管理体系,发挥人才的潜能,成为企业管理者所要完成的课题。由于国与国之间文化背景和思想观念的不同,在人才资源管理上有诸多差异,但“它山之石,可以攻玉”,美日等国很多企业成功的用人之道值得我们研究与借鉴。
With the globalization of the world economy, the competition among enterprises is getting fiercer and the traditional concept of talent has been fundamentally changed. The concept of “people-oriented” talent resources development has been accepted by modern enterprises. Successful and effective human resources management is the key to the success of enterprises.
