劳顾问:我今年28岁,系广州某中外合资企业的劳动合同制职工,2000年12月产一女孩,并已办理独生子女证。我在生产时,住院1个多月,共用去医疗费1.3万多元。单位在对我医疗费核销时,发现有2000多元为自费药,1000多元为看护费,2200多元为营养药品费,故将其剔除不予报销。我认为符合计划生育规定的医疗费应予100%报销、起码看护费和营养药品不应由个人负担,但单位不接受我的意见。请问我的看法对吗?
LAB CONSULTATION: I am 28 years old and a part-time employee of a Chinese-foreign joint venture in Guangzhou. She gave birth to a girl in December 2000 and has applied for a one-child certificate. When I was in production, I was hospitalized for more than 1 month, sharing the medical expenses of more than 13,000 yuan. When the unit wrote off my medical fee, it found that more than 2,000 yuan were self-funded drugs, more than 1,000 yuan were for nursing care and more than 2,200 yuan were for nutritional drugs. Therefore, they were excluded and not reimbursed. I think the medical expenses that meet the provisions of family planning should be 100% reimbursed. At the very least, care and nutrition drugs should not be borne by individuals, but the unit does not accept my opinion. Will my opinion correct?
