波导法兰盘的冲制是指外形和内孔而言。我厂波导法兰盘品种多,批量小,技术要求高,尤其是内孔尺寸要求严,光洁度要求高。长期以来我厂均用机床切削加工,批量稍大,就变成了全厂的“细脖子”远远满足不了生产的需要。为了适应批量生产,我们设计制造了波导法兰盘的简易精冲模,改善了劳动条件,提高了生产效率,取得了良好的技术经济效果。所谓简易精冲是应用精冲原理,采用光洁冲裁的凸、凹模形式并改进模具结构,用带气垫的通用压机,来获得精冲零件的一种冲压方法。与一般精冲比较,具有简化冲模结构,缩短设计与制造周期,降低生产成本等优点。另外,由于使用通用压机,此种方法便于采用。下面仅就我厂的H62黄铜,厚度为4~9毫米的波导法兰盘的简易精冲方法加以说明。
