工业吸滤机或压滤机的操作费用基本上取决于脱水过程中吸过或吹过滤饼的空气量。此外,在通常操作过程中经常发生的收缩裂纹的形成,也导致压缩空气消耗量增高,从而使得安装的压缩机能力不能再提供必要的过滤压差。本文所介绍的新过滤法,能够几乎完全免除压缩空气流,同时仍然保持常规的过滤技术。重要的部件是一种新型的过滤介质,这种过滤介质让液体毫无限制地通过,而把空气完全挡住。因此,无论是在滤饼形成期间或者是在脱水过程中,都不容许丧失。除了显著地减少能量消耗以外,这种过滤介质还提供了一系列其它的工艺优点,例如可以获得无固体滤液,避免在过滤介质内结晶,使得脱水后滤饼客易排出。
The operating costs of an industrial suction or filter press are basically dependent on the amount of air drawn through or blown through the filter cake during dewatering. In addition, the formation of shrinkage cracking, which often occurs during normal operation, also results in an increase in compressed air consumption so that installed compressor capacity no longer provides the necessary filtration pressure differential. The new filtration method described in this article can almost completely eliminate compressed air flow while still maintaining the conventional filtration technology. The important component is a new type of filter media that allows the liquid to pass without restriction and completely blocks the air. Therefore, no loss is allowed, either during cake formation or during dehydration. In addition to significantly reducing energy consumption, this filter media offers a number of additional process advantages, such as the ability to obtain solids-free filtrate and avoid crystallisation in the filter media, allowing easy drainage of the filter cake after dewatering.
