69 cases of operable non-small cell lung cancer cases were randomly divided into two groups: LAK cells + IL-2 treatment group: 23 cases, and surgery-only control group 46 cases. Multivariate analysis of variance and one-way variance were used to analyze postoperative assistants. Effect of adoptive immunotherapy with LAK cells on the immune function of non-small cell lung cancer during perioperative period. The results showed that there was no significant difference in cell immune function between the two groups at different time periods during the perioperative period, based on a comprehensive analysis of the CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio, NK cell activity, and lymphocyte transformation rate. In the Hoteling T2 test, the P value was greater than 0.05, but the NK cell activity at the 12th day after surgery in the study group was lower than before surgery (one-way ANOVA) (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the difference was also statistically significant. Significant significance (multivariate analysis of variance F = 4.5711, P < 0.05).
